We fabricate chemical
reaction vessels (Simple as well as high pressure
reaction vessels) having salient features as :

These reactors could be Body flanged
type and/or Mono Block.

Reactors would be jacketed and/or limpet with both
heating and cooling arrangements and/or with internal
coils for heating and cooling as desired by the clients.

These vessels would be provided with proper type of
agitation as per client‘s requirements and design
Agitator also if party so desires.

We have fabricated vessels for 50
Kg/sq cm 2 working Pressure and vessels which
could stand temperatures up to 450 0c.
We fabricate in MS, SS 304, SS 304L, SS 310, SS
316 SS 316L, SS 317 and CS as per requirement of
the customer
We fabricate Lead Lined Reactors & Rubber Lined
reactors also. Note: we undertake Design of
these reactors if desired by the party.
We provide Reactors with sealing arrangements as
Mechanical Seals, Stuffing Box with /without
cooling arrangements and with Magnetic drives.
Reactors are fabricated as per standards i.e ASME ,DIN etc. |
